Aspire Bakeries is seeking a General Labor – Production team member to join our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. We create foods that bring people together and offer a workplace culture built on care, ownership, and growth.

Requirements

• Operate and monitor high-speed continuous production lines
• Set up, operate, and monitor line equipment in the filling room
• Perform visual product inspections and regrades
• Maintain working stock of raw materials required on the line
• Perform basic line cleaning and sanitation
• Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system as required
• Lift and handle materials manually as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety requirements and maintain hygiene standards
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
