Aspire Bakeries is seeking a General Labor team member to join their Swedesboro, NJ bakery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forming units to product specifications, slicing product tops, and monitoring quality throughout the production process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments
• Previous experience in the food industry
• Ability to work in a team-based production environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
