Aspire Bakeries is looking for a General Labor team member to join their Swedesboro, NJ bakery. The successful candidate will be responsible for forming units to product specifications, slicing product tops, and monitoring quality throughout the production process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments preferred
• Previous experience in the food industry preferred
• Ability to work in a team-based production environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
