Director, Finance

Aspire Bakeries is looking for a Director, Customer Finance to lead financial strategy and decision support for several of our largest QSR customers. The role requires ownership of full P&L management, driving pricing and profitability initiatives, and serving as a key financial thought partner to customer account leadership.

Requirements

• Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Finance team
• Own customer-level P&L performance and drive pricing and net revenue management strategies
• Partner with customer account leadership to shape financial strategy and long-term customer outcomes
• Lead commercial reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews
• Evaluate and implement pricing strategies to enhance customer and corporate financial goals
• Independently lead cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability and competitive position
