Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in food or bakery production
• Proven track record in operational strategy, continuous improvement, and cross-functional leadership
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and financial management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
