Job Description
AGI is seeking two Technical and Resource Support Specialists to support a country-wide language training contract. This role involves providing customer service, administrative support, and resource/facilities functions 100% of the time. The position is pending award and focuses on supporting language learners and instructors.
Requirements
- Provide customer service support (in person, via email or phone) and assist with administrative functions.
- Schedule and manage facility and distance learning deliveries.
- Provide expertise in language lab equipment, software, and techniques.
- Manage inventory and maintain up-to-date computer technology knowledge.
- Review and test software for potential use.
- Provide technical support on computer/technology and language lab issues.
