Job Description
Administrative Technician responsible for supporting the Board of Directors and the Assembly, ensuring good administrative functioning, legal compliance, and event organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administration, Management, Law, or related field (preferable)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good presentation and proficiency in the English language (B1/B2 level)
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software, record management, and, occasionally, directory portals
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
- Understanding of association governance and legal compliance
- Proactive profile, results-oriented, and able to work independently
