Requirements

• Developing talent, providing exceptional guest experiences, and being an innovator in the automotive industry
• Working with lenders to obtain bank approvals for car purchases
• Producing financial paperwork and consulting the staff on DMV laws
• Working directly with the sales team and customers to assist in the financial buying process
• Building rapport with customers to build a base of referrals
• Consulting and selling finance & insurance warranties to customers
• Producing and submitting accurate paperwork for title work and to secure funding from finance sources
• Achieving monthly objectives
• Maintaining impeccable reputation with lenders and vendors
• Partnering with service advisors to assist customers with purchasing extended warranties
