Asbury Automotive is seeking an F&I Manager to manage the financial transaction of the vehicle buying experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive sales consultant experience, advanced computer skills, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Prior automotive sales consultant experience
• 1-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office products and dealership management systems
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and a team player
