Sales Consultant

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Crown BMW of Greensboro. The ideal candidate will be motivated, have great customer service skills, and be able to create and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Crown selling process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
• Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
• Meet daily phone and email quota
• Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
