Orthopedic Senior Sales Leader, Arthroplasty

Arthrex is seeking an Orthopedic Senior Sales Leader to drive sales and manage the team. This role involves collaborating with regional, VP, and president of sales to execute marketing strategies, manage revenue targets, and build strong customer relationships. The Sales Leader will also be responsible for communicating marketing programs and managing the agency's arthroplasty quota.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Arthroplasty experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
• Comfortable in open operating room environments
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Adaptability to new challenges and quick learning
• Must be compliant with company policies
