The Arthroplasty Senior Sales Leader will manage and promote all sales activities for the Arthroplasty portfolio at Arthrex Arizona. This role involves establishing relationships with customers, providing training, selling new products, and achieving revenue targets. The position requires strong communication and strategic thinking abilities, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the market.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Arthroplasty experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
• Comfort in open operating room environments
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to travel independently
