Job Description
Armand Corporation is seeking a full-time Project Officer Associate with expertise in construction management to oversee work on various school projects in New York City.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college related to construction management, architecture, or engineering, or an Associate's Degree and 2 years of experience in construction management, Inspection, and/or monitoring of construction projects.
- Strong computer skills with MS Office, AutoCAD required. Additional experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant construction software preferred.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal/written communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
