Armand Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager to join their construction management team. Responsibilities include management of construction activities, security sensitive awareness implementation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 5 years of experience working with design documents, contract documents, and specifications
• Knowledge of CPM Scheduling
• Ability to implement Quality and Safety Plans
• OSHA Training required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Microsoft Project/Primavera
• Detailed knowledge of City and State building codes
