Ardent Communities is looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our expanding family. The best fit for this position will complete work orders efficiently, quickly and accurately, while also making customer service with the tenants a priority.
Requirements
- General basic maintenance tickets
- Ability to diagnose problems & determine whether to replace or repair parts accurately and efficiently
- Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors
- Availability for rotating on-call emergency schedule
- Providing your own hand tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to operate a smart phone
