Job Description
Ardent Commercial Maintenance is looking for a Commercial Maintenance Technician to join their team, completing work orders professionally and efficiently while prioritizing customer service with tenants.
Requirements
- General maintenance tickets including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Ability to diagnose problems and determine a resolution accurately and efficiently
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and property management staff
- Availability for on-call emergency schedule
- Providing your own hand tools
- HVAC certification is preferred but we will help the right candidate get trained & certified!
- Physical requirement of stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to operate a smart phone
