Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. The Technology Adoption Lead drives strategic adoption of critical technologies across the organization, ensuring maximum value from existing tools and smooth introduction of new systems.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in technology adoption, digital transformation, product enablement, or change leadership
- Experience driving organization-wide technology rollouts
- Strong strategic thinking and operational awareness
- Familiarity with change-management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience building or scaling a training or enablement function
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts into compelling job aids
