Job Description
Archer is seeking a Director of Technology Products to establish and lead product management capabilities and culture within the Technology organization. The leader will define product vision and strategy across key domains and ensure that tools and platforms enable every team at Archer to move faster, work smarter, and scale with confidence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work directly with engineering and data teams
- Demonstrated success in environments of growth and change
- Deep understanding of enterprise productivity, business systems, or digital workflow platforms
- Experience hiring and developing talent within a small, high-performance team
