Customer Service Specialist

ArcelorMittal Business Centre of Excellence is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage customer interactions, ensure high standards of service, and maintain effective communication with customers, internal departments, and internal logistics teams. The role involves order processing, shipment reconciliation, system monitoring, and contributing to customer service improvement projects.

Requirements

• Act as the main contact for customers regarding order -related inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with customers to improve service
• Main Responsibility: Administration and system tasks
• Monitor and trigger delivery instructions
• Capture and put in the systems customer’s restrictions for reception
• Verifying the data flow and identifying any inconsistencies between the systems
• Monitoring and analysis of inventory level
• Cooperate with internal cluster customer service and logistic department
