BL Paczka is a rapidly growing logistic operator part of the Base.com group. They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to ensure high-quality support and build relationships with customers. Responsibilities include providing B2B customer support, technical support, and managing complaints.

Requirements

• min. 1.5 - 2 years experience in direct customer service, ideally in the B2B sector or in a logistics/postal/e-commerce company.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office suite.
• Very good work organization and independence.
• Communication skills and high personal culture.
