Job Description
As the Director, Supply Chain Strategy at Arc'teryx, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction for the Global Supply Chain. This role will lead the development of long-term supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, deliver quality, optimize agility, and resilience across the end-to-end supply chain.
Requirements
- University Degree and/or professional designation in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, etc.)
- 10+ years’ experience in Consulting, Planning, Distribution, Sourcing or Manufacturing leadership roles
- Proven record of developing and implementing strategies
- Knowledge of change-management best practices
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Results-oriented and able to meet tough deadlines in a project management role
- Previous experience in a global business environment
- Passion for getting outside and living it
