Director, Supply Chain & Logistics

Culture Biosciences is looking for a Director, Supply Chain and Logistics to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and transportation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong operational leadership and a deep understanding of supply chain systems, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical supply chain management or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Industry certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP) preferred
• Deep knowledge of supply chain planning systems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and WMS/TMS systems
• Experience in regulated industries (eg ISO9001)
• Proven expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, including demand planning, procurement, production scheduling, inventory control, warehousing, distribution, and transportation
• Developing and managing strategic supplier relationships and contracts, including performance metrics and risk mitigation plans
• Strong background in cost management and financial reporting for supply chain and logistics functions
• Experience working with and building external partnerships
• Experience implementing new systems and processes that span different departments
