Human Resources Manager's Assistant

Aptus Health Care is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Manager's Assistant to provide support to our HR department with a variety of administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative support roles is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software or databases.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
