Job Description
Aptive Partners is seeking a Medical Records Technician to join the IHSC (United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps Officers, civil service staff, and contractors). The role involves preparing, maintaining, and tracking medical records, managing clinical workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position contributes to the quality of healthcare services for ICE detention population and works with national and local agencies to improve mission delivery.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting (medical record technician, medical record clerk, etc.)
- Knowledge of electronic medical record procedures
- Ability to manage high volume of medical records daily
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment
