Requirements
- Develop and execute a NA. sales strategy specific to the needs and dynamics of the Metals sector.
- Interact with technical sales engineers to deliver technically feasible and commercially viable proposals.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across mining operators, processing plants, technology vendors, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process – from prospecting and solution development to deal negotiation and closure.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and technological advancements affecting the Metals space in North America.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance insights to the VP of North America.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards.
