Process Associate, GBS Operations

The Process Associate, GBS Operations role focuses on ensuring documentation compliance with customer requirements. Responsibilities include documenting and verifying customer requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of documents, and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction. The position will also foster strong relationships with customers and vendors to drive improvement in service delivery.

Requirements

• Ensure and monitor customers’ requirements are documented, verified and recorded in the Logistics Procedure and Account Matrix profile.
• Liaise and advise customers and vendors of any inaccurate and incomplete documents.
• Execute and adhere to customers’ service requirements based on Documentation Instructions of the LPs.
• Problem Resolution – ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to Supervisors.
• Continuously intensify relationships for increased customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customers’ reports are timely and accurate.
