Job Description
Anthropic is hiring a Product Support Manager to manage a team of Product Support Specialists and enhance its Enterprise Support offering. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of product support experience, 3+ years in a people management role, and a strong understanding of B2B Enterprise or Strategic Support teams.
Requirements
- Hire, lead, and develop a team of Product Support Specialists
- Provide thoughtful coaching and feedback to direct reports
- Monitor team performance and course correct as needed
- Manage day-to-day team operations
- Partner with peer leaders in other regions to ensure consistent global support delivery
- Work closely with go-to-market stakeholders to scope, execute, and iterate upon offerings for strategic customers
- Drive large-scale initiatives that raise the bar for the organization
- Continuously strive for exceptional user experiences
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team, stakeholders, and external customers
