Job Description
Antenna is seeking a Staff Data Platform Engineer to lead the evolution of our core data analytics platform. This role involves designing and building a next-generation data foundation, incorporating cutting-edge, privacy-preserving technology to handle sensitive data.
Requirements
- 10+ years in data-focused roles
- 5+ years in a senior architecture or principal-level role designing large-scale data platforms
- Experience designing, building, and optimizing complex, large-scale data pipelines
- Ability to partner directly with data science to translate modeling and fusion needs into scalable, performant architectural solutions
- Exceptional asynchronous communication skills for a remote team
- Deep expertise in a major cloud ecosystem (GCP or AWS) and a modern data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
- Direct experience implementing data clean room technologies or differential privacy
