Job Description
Antenna is seeking a Director, Insights & Analytics to lead the day-to-day and future vision of custom data delivery. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data roles, and 4+ years of experience with building solutions that improve data accessibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data roles
- 4+ years of experience with building solutions that improve data accessibility
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional partnerships
- Advanced proficiencies in modern data stacks, generative AI, BI platforms, SQL, Python, etc
- Proven track record of successfully hiring, retaining, growing multi-disciplinary talent
- Deep interest and/or experience in the media and entertainment landscape
