Maintenance Technician

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical plant, the grounds, and the equipment of the AWM/Charis Facilities and its affiliates, and all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Performs daily maintenance duties as assigned
• Assists with and/or completes independently building maintenance, repair, and construction projects
• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Must sign Statement of Faith
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Vocational skills, apprenticeship, or military training in some of the professional skill sets listed above is preferred
• Must pass all required checks
