Hope House Foundation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of apartments and properties used by the individuals they serve.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field
• Basic plumbing skills and basic electrical knowledge
• Familiarity with building codes, maintenance best practices, and emergency response protocols
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills
