Job Description
Amtrust Financial Services is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Team Lead for the Claim Adjusters. The role involves managing and ensuring claims activities within the company's Best Practices, developing customer relations, and managing staff effectively. Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of progressive management experience.
- Experience within Workers’ Compensation insurance industry.
- SIP certificate where required.
- Working knowledge of budgeting and profit/loss management.
