Job Description
Amgen is seeking a Specialist IS Bus Sys Analyst to join the Contracts Management Product Team in Global Commercial Operations & Corporate Functions Technology. The role involves working with developers and business analysts to ensure technical requirements for upcoming development are thoroughly elaborated and collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define product needs and business workflows.
Requirements
- Masters'/ Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems or a relevant field of study
- 8 years of Salesforce/Conga CPQ and CLM implementation experience
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in an IT environment
- Strong experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) using Jira and Confluence
- Proven ability to define solution architecture, technical designs, and standards for Salesforce and Conga platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
