We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to executives at Cencora. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and possess a strong ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
- Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year Associate's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related experience
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and communication platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to take initiative
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Ability to represent a positive and professional image
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Strong understanding of various systems used to support the DC Operations and Primary Duties listed above such as SAP, PkMS, Kronos, Workday, Qlickview, Metastorm, and Labor Managemetn, etc.
