Senior Director, Agency Operations Center of Excellence

AmeriLife is seeking a visionary and results-oriented leader for its Agency Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive its ambitious roadmap forward. The Senior Director will execute the Contracting and Commissions Center of Excellence strategy, build a high-performing team, and provide day-to-day leadership of the CoE.

Requirements

• 8-12 years experience in Center of Excellence or Shared Services management
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
