Manager, Corporate Development

AmeriLife is seeking a Manager of Corporate Development to support overall business growth by sourcing, analyzing, and executing mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving AmeriLife's inorganic growth strategy, working closely with the Head of Corporate Development and other members of the Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of working experience, with 5+ years in private equity, internal corporate development, investment banking or similar complex transactional work.
• Industry experience in or around core Health or Wealth business segments of the company required.
• Strong foundation in financial statement & analysis, valuation methodologies, accounting and merger consequences.
• Experience driving multiple business deals through all phases; ability to develop relationships with target firms and then manage and negotiate complex transactions from start to finish.
• Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment; self-motivated, can-do attitude, problem-solver who can work in a fast-paced environment.
