Job Description
Data Admin and Reconciliation Specialist role supporting planners post event, closing and reconciling event data, with a focus on liaising with delegates and financial teams.
Requirements
- Fluent Business French and English
- 1-2 years Reconciliation Experience required
- Customer care excellence
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Cvent and/or Lanyon (Starcite) – data entry, eRFP, reporting, budget
- Flexibility and Ability to adapt
- Able to work well in a team and work well independently with minimum supervision
- Used to working under pressure
- High level of attention to detail
