Data Admin and Reconciliation Specialist - German

A support role within our Meeting & Events teams, handling the post event billing reconciliation, vendor coordination and data administration tasks for specified global markets or customer accounts.

Requirements

• Collecting, validating, updating data across applications
• Managing and reconciling data within various Technology platforms
• Reviewing and completing event close out process in accordance with policy guidelines
• Reconciliation of all meeting and event spend
• Tracking budget items, catching errors and missing invoices for follow up with Suppliers / Vendors
