Job Description
As a Warehouse Team Leader at AME, you will lead and coordinate a team of warehouse supervisors and logistics employees to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate operations across all warehouse processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or MBO level 4 with relevant experience) in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams.
- Strong understanding of inbound, internal, and outbound logistics processes.
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems; proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
