Team Leader (m/f/d) for our Warehouse & Logistics Team in Hilden

We are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) for our Warehouse & Logistics Team in Hilden. You will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, lead and develop the warehouse team, and coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Hands-on mentality, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills
• Confident handling of ERP / warehouse management systems and basic knowledge of inventory control & safety regulations
• Fluent in German and good English skills (spoken and written)
