Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Manager/Supervisor
• Ability to articulate customer impact and become an expert on customer segment
• Leadership in ensuring product meets customer needs and developing OKRs
• Alignment with company's goals, vision, mission, and objectives
• Product design and development, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch
• Market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback
• Ability to apply MVP approach and translate into prioritized work and features
• Product roadmap management, including defining product requirements and prioritizing features
• Product marketing and sales support, including developing product positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Stakeholder management, including working with sales, compliance, trading desk, technology, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support
• Product analytics, including establishing KPIs and OKRs and making data-informed decisions
• Regulatory compliance, including staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements
• Innovation, including fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation
