Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in business development / new business development
- Structured, repeatable and reliable sales methodology to plan and develop sales to our target customers
- Outstanding relationship-building skills based on trust and reliability
- Solid negotiation skills
- Energetic and collaborative team player can maintain personal and team targets in the appropriate register
- Self-starter who works effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deliverables
- Superior communication skills – able to deploy client language in order to build trust and influence decision makers
- Become a product expert – training provided but initiative will also be required – in order to correctly pitch the value of our offering to the right partners
- Presentation skills for live demos, meetings with clients/partners or internal training
