Job Description
Performing financial analyses and underwriting investments in Real Estate, Infrastructure and Growth Equity / Venture Capital. Creating integrated financial models and supporting portfolio management.
Requirements
- Passion for real estate, infrastructure, and private equity / growth equity / venture capital
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar field
- Very good knowledge of financial modeling
- Numeracy, flexibility, resilience, enthusiasm, and a high quality standard
- Entrepreneurial personality with a team-oriented, communicative, and independent working style
- Fluent German and English language skills
