Job Description
The Investment Manager - Private Equity role involves cooperation with the Investment and Operations Team in the deal life cycle, from sourcing to analysis, execution, and closing. The role requires a successful completion of a university degree in economics/finance, economics engineering, or further technical studies with an economic reference, and first to several years of relevant work experience at a consulting or Big4 company or in private equity.
Requirements
- Cooperation with the Investment and Operations Team
- Take over of various work streams during due diligence, evaluation, and financing process
- Preparation of company, market, and sector analyses, expert sessions
- Identification of value-enhancing and growth potential, and development of value creation strategies
- Preparation of financial models and preparation of financing strategies
- Participation in and preparation of the negotiation of purchase agreements
