Talent Development Coordinator

The Talent Development Coordinator will support the planning, logistics, and execution of learning programs and team initiatives across the corporate organization at Alo. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating polished, impactful experiences that help employees grow and stay connected.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a coordinator, project support, or team operations role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Workspace, Canva; familiarity with Articulate Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, and Asana is a plus
• Experience using or interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, etc) to streamline tasks and enhance workflows
