ALO is seeking a Director of Digital FP&A to lead financial planning and decision support across its high-growth digital business and core technology investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital KPIs and technology cost structure, with experience partnering with CRM, merchandising, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, including 3+ years supporting digital and/or technology functions in a CPG, retail, or DTC environment
- Strong grasp of digital KPIs (CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, conversion rate) and understanding of technology cost structure (capitalized development)
- Experience partnering with CRM, merchandising, and operations teams to evaluate and influence performance
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
- High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with ERP system (SAS, NetSuite, etc.)
