Requirements
- Provide leisure travel assistance for clients
- Stay up to date through ongoing research on products and services
- Ensure sales targets are successfully achieved
- Acts as the first point of contact for walk-in customers
- Advise customers on travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, etc.
- Resolve conflicts and other issues that may potentially come up
- Receive and process customers' feedback and opinions
- Identify and understand the needs of the customer
- Maintain a high level of competency, initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor
