Officer- Accommodation Sourcing

Almosafer is seeking an Officer- Accommodation Sourcing to join their team. The role involves sourcing and contracting accommodation partners, negotiating rates, and maintaining relationships with existing partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel contracting, sourcing, or travel trade (OTA).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of hospitality and distribution channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contracting systems (e.g., extraNet, Channel Manager).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
