Manager - Non-Air Accommodation

Manager - Non-Air Accommodation role requires a data-driven approach to monitor end-to-end process, ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operational activities, and lead a team to enhance process and business efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or online accommodation distribution, including 5–7 years of direct experience managing Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), bedbanks, and online accommodation platforms.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role with proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and collaborate effectively across departments.
