The Events & Networks Executive will plan and deliver events for Allens, including national webinars, thought leadership series, and client relationship events. The role involves managing all aspects of events, from inception to post-event evaluation, and collaborating with business development and marketing teams to maximize client engagement opportunities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end high profile client events in a corporate setting
- Corporate events experience supporting a team and running events autonomously
- Exceptional client management skills and a positive client service approach
- Excellent communication skills and professional composure
- A flexible, hands-on approach to work with experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- The ability to work collaboratively within and across teams and offices
- Superior work ethic and strong time management skills
- Knowledge of the legal or professional services industry would be advantageous
- Tertiary qualifications in event management, business or marketing are desirable
